Megan Jaspers

Passionate, Charismatic and Enthusiastic Real Estate Professional Megan Jaspers is part of the Judy Smith Team. Being a member of the Judy Smith Team allows the client to have the services and expertise of two full time agents who value their clients’ needs. Megan is a graduate from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, with a Bachelors of Arts and Sciences majoring in Communication Studies. While in college Megan’s part-time job was waiting tables at the Olive Garden. Through this experience she learned how to build good long lasting relationships, create rapport, and how to make each person’s experience wonderful and enjoyable. Megan values education and feels it’s the best way to stay ahead of the curve and stay informed of what’s new in the real estate market, so she can assist her clients the best possible way. Rita is a native Omahan who knows the Omaha and surrounding areas well . She is a graduate of University of Nebraska-Lincoln and has earned the educational distinction; Graduate, Realtors Institute (GRI).Prior to becoming a Realtor, Rita was employed as a System Business Analyst. From this experience Rita learned the importance of determining the clients’s needs and developing relationships as a key to the success of her projects.As a full-time Realtor Rita provides 100% attention, care and concern for her clients whether they are buying or selling a home. Heidi Kruse
Realtor
Heidi is originally from Sioux Falls, South Dakota and a graduate of South Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. She was relocated to Omaha in the summer of 2005 by her previous employer, Toys R Us, for whom she worked as a manager for 5 years. The importance of developing relationships with customers and employees and working to improve those connections became vital to her. After having a baby in January 2007, Heidi decided it would be best for her family to leave retail management and pursue a more flexible career that also satisfied a lifelong goal of hers - to work in the field of real estate. Growing up in a household that was centered around construction and serving others made this a natural decision. Working on several Habitat for Humanity homes and three years of commercial construction experience as a laborer and heavy equipment operator only continued to pique her interest in real estate. In her free time, Heidi enjoys working on home improvement projects with her husband, whether for their own home or that of friends/family. She is excited to be a member of the Judy Smith Team and is dedicated to providing her clients with the highest level of service and being a source for information at this exciting point in the buyer/seller's life.
